On Thursday November 24, 2011 at approximately 9:15 PM, Upper Allen Police responded to the report of a male seen in the backyard of a residence in the first block of West Winding Hill Road . When the male was spotted by the resident he quickly ran from the scene. The suspect was not located and the incident remains under investigation. Upper Allen Police were assisted in a search of the area by a Carlisle Police Department K-9 officer.
