On Tuesday, October 6th, 2015 the Upper Allen Police responded to the 400 block of Orchard Lane for an overnight vehicle break-in. The victim left her purse in her vehicle, which was secured. The suspect then broke her window to access her purse. Numerous items were stolen during the theft.
