On Monday, January 27 2019 at approximately 8:34 pm, a white, two door sedan was traveling at a high rate of speed on US Route 15 southbound just prior to the Bowmansdale State Route 114 exit. The striking vehicle attempted to pass another vehicle on the shoulder and side swiped that vehicle as it went by. The striking vehicle should have visible damage to the driver side mirror and door. The striking vehicle exited onto State Route 114 and fled in an unknown direction.
