On April 24, 2021 at approximately 3:24 pm Upper Allen Police were dispatched to US Route 15 North near mile marker 38.3 for a two vehicle crash. Upon arrival police learned that both vehicles had been travelling north. The vehicles made contact, sending one into the divider, and debris into the southbound lanes damaging a southbound travelling vehicle. One of the operators sustained an injury in the crash.
