On Saturday October 16,2021 at 9:37 PM the Upper Allen Police responded to the 2400 block of Mill Road to investigate a single vehicle crash with injuries. The driver and a passenger were injured and transported to nearby medical facilities. Two other passengers were not injured. The initial investigation determined that the driver, who may have been under the influence of a noxious substance, failed to negotiate a curve and drove off the roadway into a utility pole. The investigation is ongoing.
