On Thursday, November 17, 2022 at approximately 5:35 PM Upper Allen Police responded to a parking lot in the 200 block of Cumberland Parkway in regards to a crash involving a struck pedestrian. Upon arrival police learned that a pedestrian had been exiting a business when a vehicle, which was navigating the lot at low speeds, did not see them and struck them. The pedestrian reported minor injuries but refused EMS.
