On Wednesday, December 13th at approximately 7:49 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a four-vehicle crash on US Route 15 north in the area of the PA Turnpike. It was determined that traffic slowed due to congestion and the juvenile did not see the vehicle stop in front of him before striking Klinedinst. A chain reaction occurred with Klinedinst striking Hguyen who then struck Hoover. Two of the four vehicles required towing. The juvenile sustained an injury and was transported to a nearby hospital by a family member. The right lane of US Route 15 North was shut down for at least 30 minutes during the morning rush hour commute.
