At 11:08 AM on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, the above-pictured male entered a Messiah College building through a public entrance. The male was seen entering a college employee office where he stole a credit card from a purse. This same individual was also seen on the Messiah College campus in January 2016, June 2017, and August 2017. During these trips, he likely committed similar thefts.
