On Thursday, April 5, 2018 at approximately 7:50 PM another shed burglary was reported to UAPD. This burglary occurred in the Ashcombe Farms development which is directly next to the Rosegarden development involved in UAT20180400153 and UAT20180400157. Property reported stolen from this burglary include a Husqvarna chainsaw and a gas can. As in the previous shed burglaries, the preliminary suspect description provided is a taller person with a medium to thin build, dressed in dark clothing with a dark-colored hood.

Due to the verified burglaries, Police would like to again remind all residents to be sure to verify that their homes, vehicles and all outbuildings are properly secured. Motion sensing lights are helpful as well. Additionally, if anyone observes any suspicious persons, activities or vehicles please make an immediate notification to law enforcement.
