On May 9, 2018 at 2:35 PM the Upper Allen police were dispatched to 5050 Louise Drive in the Rossmoyne Industrial Park for a two-vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that Shoff made a left turn in front of Shindyan while both vehicles were traveling in opposite directions on Louise Drive. Shoff was transported by Holy Spirit EMS for minor injuries and both vehicles were towed from the scene. Upper Allen and Lower Allen fire departments assisted at the scene.
