On Monday, December 10, 2018 Upper Allen Police responded to a two vehicle crash on South Market Street, at the US Route 15 South on ramp. It was determined that a vehicle operated by Swaisgood could not stop in time and rear-ended Englebert’s vehicle causing minor damage. Englebert and her passenger, Brown, reported back pain, and were transported to Geisinger Holy Spirit by EMS. Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department, Geisinger Holy Spirit EMS, and Lower Allen EMS.
