On Sunday, February 10, 2019 at approximately 4:40 AM, Upper Allen Police received a report of a lost dog from the 1000 block of Allendale Road. The dog ‘Sandy’ is picture above. Sandy is a friendly, 9 year old mixed breed Chihuahua. She was last seen wearing a tan sweater with pink and orange stripes, and had a black collar with no tags. Sandy had been lost previously on January 30, 2019, and had been found on the back porch of a residence in the Melbourne Place neighborhood. Anyone who finds Sandy is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
