On June 14, 2019 at approximately 5:45 PM Upper Allen Police came upon a crash in the area of the off ramp from US Route 15 North. The subsequent investigation determined that Stoner and Cashman were stopped at a steady red light at the intersection of W. Lisburn Road and US Route 15 North. Nisly advised that she fell asleep at the wheel before colliding with Stoner’s vehicle. Nisly’s vehicle and Stoner’s vehicle then both collided with Cashman’s vehicle. The collision caused disabling damage to Nisly’s vehicle. Nisly was checked by EMS and refused further treatment. Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by Geisinger Holy Spirit EMS and Hess Garage.
