On July 4, 2019 at approximately 7:30 PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a residence in the Sunguild III apartment complex following the report of a non-active burglary attempt. It was reported that on July 4th between 1:00 AM and 1:30 AM an unknown suspect attempted to force open the front door of a home while the resident was inside.
