On August 22, 2019 at 1:20 PM, the Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a two vehicle crash near the intersection of South Market Street and US Route 15. An investigation determined the crash was caused by a Toyota Camry operated by Hagens turning left in front of a Subaru Outback operated by Grey. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. One operator sustained minor injury and was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
