On November 26, 2019 at approximately 3:15 pm Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of S Market Street for a four vehicle crash. Upon arrival police learned that Martin was travelling south when the traffic in front of her stopped. Martin was unable to stop her vehicle causing a crash which impacted three other vehicles. Martin’s vehicle was disabled and multiple occupants of the other vehicles were treated by EMS for injuries.
