On April 8, 2020, at 10:45 a.m., Upper Allen Police received a report that Taylor was missing from her residence. Police are attempting to locate Palmer and are asking the public for assistance. Taylor is approximately 5’6″ with black hair, brown eyes, and has a nose ring on the left side of her nose. She was last seen wearing black pants and a black T-shirt in the 1st block of Finks Drive in Manchester, PA. A police investigation is ongoing to locate Taylor but her whereabouts are unknown at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
