On May 19, 2020 at approximately 3:40 pm Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of South Market Street for a crash involving a truck and a bicycle. Upon arrival police learned that the bicyclist had been travelling north on the southbound shoulder. Wiley was attempting to turn out of a parking lot in the area when the two collided. Hebbard was transported by Geisinger Holy Spirit EMS for treatment.
