On October 25, 2020 at 2:20 PM, Upper Allen Police responded to a crash with injuries in the 600 block of East Winding Hill Road. The investigation revealed that Suhila Alfaki failed to negotiate a turn, and her vehicle crossed into the opposing traffic lane, causing a collision with Sydney Kissinger’s vehicle. Kissinger was transported to the hospital for evaluation of minor injuries.
