On Friday, July 16, 2021 at approximately 9:16 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of S. Market Street and E. Lisburn Road for a crash involving two vehicles.
Unit 1 entered the intersection traveling east, while Unit 2 entered the intersection traveling north. The collision between the two vehicles resulted in substantial damage to both vehicles, which required towing. The two vehicle operators, and one passenger, all reported injuries.
Both operators believed that they had a green traffic signal, however surveillance footage, and an eyewitness, determined that Unit 2 had the right of way.
Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by Upper Allen Fire Department, Upper Allen Fire Police, and Life Lion EMS.
