On Friday, September 10, 2021 at approximately 12:15 the Upper Allen Police investigated a two vehicle crash at the entrance ramp to US Route 15 north from West Lisburn Road. The investigation revealed a driver stopped at the end of the entrance ramp due to traffic already in the lane. A second driver approaching from behind did not realize the other vehicle was stopped and rear-ended the first vehicle. The collision caused minor damage to each vehicle. A passenger of the first vehicle reported a possible injury, but declined evaluation by EMS.
