On January 17, 2011 Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 900 block of Wakefield Avenue for the report of a non-active vehicle break in. The victim reported that a Magellan Maestro 3100 GPS device (serial number 0719403961541) had been stolen from the vehicle overnight.
