Wet Conditions Contribute to Injury Crash

On October 2, 2015 at 5:30 PM, the Upper Allen Police responded to a two vehicle crash in the area of E. Lisburn Road and McCormcik Road. An SUV operated by Prescott had been struck by a sedan being operated by the juvenile male. Flames engulfed both vehicles as the occupants were able to escape to safety. Both vehicles suffered disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Prescott was transported to a local hospital for minor injury. Upper Allen Police were assisted by Upper Allen Fire Department and Holy Spirit EMS.

Attempted Break-in to Residence

On Thursday, October 1st, 2015 the Upper Allen Police responded to the 1700 block of North Meadow Drive in the Meadowview Development for an attempted burglary to a residence. It was determined that sometime within the last two weeks, someone attempted to gain access to the residence through a window.

Suspect Identity Sought in Credit Card Fraud

On September 3, 2015, a victim reported that their credit card information was obtained by an unknown male who made a fraudulent charges to the victims account. Surveillance video was obtained from the respective stores and the male pictured above is responsible for the fraudulent transactions. The photos indicate he may have a surgical scar on his left forearm.

Upper Allen Police Host a Citizen Police Academy

Rear End Collision Sends One to Hospital

Fromm was entering onto US Route 15 north from S. Market Street in Upper Allen Township. Hoffman was following behind Fromm in traffic and was entering onto the highway as well. Due to traffic, Fromm was required to stop at the top of the entrance ramp prior to merging. Hoffman didn’t see that Fromm’s car stopped and crashed into the rear of her car. The crash caused unknown injuries to Fromm and minor to moderate damage to both vehicles.
