George Williams, operating a silver Ford Ranger, was stopped in the 1300 block of South Market Street waiting to turn left when he was rear-ended by Thomas Deppen, operating a white Toyota Avalon. Williams and Deppen were both injured in the crash and transported to Harrisburg Hospital by West Shore EMS. Upper Allen Police were assisted by the Upper Allen Fire Department and the Upper Allen Fire Police.
