On May 7, 2012 Upper Allen Police received a complaint that during the period of Friday afternoon (5/4/2012) and Monday morning (5/7/2012), someone broke into several construction trailers in the Orchard Glen development off East Winding Hill Road. The trailers were parked on Norland Street, which is next to Winding Hill Park East. The suspects stole seven rolls of one inch copper tubing similar to that pictured above. Each roll contained 100 feet of tubing. The total value of the stolen copper is $3,643.
