On August 10th at 5:31PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a crash in the 2200 block of S. Market Street. A vehicle operated by Stevens was stopped while facing southbound on S. Market St. and was preparing to make a left turn into a driveway. A vehicle operated by Adams was southbound on S. Market St. and was not able to stop in time and rear ended Steven’s vehicle. A passenger in Adams’s vehicle was treated at the scene but was not transported. Adams’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
