On May 23, 2023, just after 10:00PM, Upper Allen Police were patrolling the 900 block of E Winding Hill Road when they encountered an occupied vehicle in a township park after closing hours. After making contact with the occupants of the vehicle it was determined that Kabita Gurung was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Gurung was subsequently arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
