On December 27, 2022 Upper Allen Police investigated a series of retail thefts that occurred during November and December, 2022 at a local grocery store. The suspect was identified as Virginia Fleshman, who stole $253.34 worth of items during this time. A preliminary hearing was schedule for this case and Fleshman plead guilty on May 4, 2023 in front of MDJ Mark Martin.
