On Saturday, June 3, 2023, at approximately 5:41 PM, Upper Allen Police located a crash in the area of South Market Street and East Winding Hill Road. An investigation determined that the operator of a maroon Ford Flex, travelling southbound on South Market Street, proceeded through a steady red signal. The operator of a Lincoln MKC, faced with a steady green signal, had already entered the intersection and was struck by the Ford Flex. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and one of the drivers was injured as a result of the crash.
