On September 16, 2023 at about 6:39 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of Orchard Boulevard and East Winding Hill Road for a non-reportable crash. An investigation at the scene determined that Jas Rana struck another vehicle with his pickup truck. Rana displayed signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene of the crash for DUI. It was determined that Rana had operated his vehicle with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit. Charges were subsequently filed via summons and a preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a later date.
