In November of 2023, following an unrelated call for service, Upper Allen Police initiated a drug investigation on Nancy Metzler’s home. On November 17, 2023, Upper Allen Police executed a search warrant at her residence. During the search warrant, a marijuana grow/processing operation was found. Metzler was charged with the above offenses and a preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
