On August 10, 2013 at 11:22 AM Kennedy was pulling from the stop sign on Juniper Dr. and was preparing to turn right and travel southbound on South Market Street.
Kennedy did not see Spurlock who was jogging northbound on the southbound shoulder. Spurlock and Kennedy’s vehicle collided at the intersection. Spurlock was transported to Hershey Medical center by West Shore EMS for injuries sustained in the crash. Police were assisted at the scene by West Shore EMS, Upper Allen Fire Department as well as Fire/Police from the Upper Allen Fire Department.

On July 10, 2013 at approximately 7:10 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a crash in the parking lot of Delta Dental in the 5000 block of Louise Drive, Upper Allen Township. It was determined that Moore accelerated instead of braking while attempting to park and struck three parked cars. Moore was the only occupant of her vehicle and she sustained a minor injury. Upper Allen Police were assisted on the scene by West Shore EMS, Upper Allen Fire Department, and Upper Allen Fire Police.

On July 5, 2013 Upper Allen Police received two reports of stolen lawn mowers from the 900 block of Herman Drive. Actors entered unlocked residential sheds and stole the above pictured mowers. These burglaries occurred within a few days of this report. Anyone with information pertaining to these burglaries is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676. On June 25, 2013 Upper Allen Police received a call about a theft from a construction site storage trailer that was parked in the area of Klinedinst Road at E. Lisbrun Road. Suspects forced entry to the trailer between June 18 and June 25. Tools stolen from the trailer include: 5000/5500 Series Honda Generators, two air compressors, various saws, nail guns, ladders, and a Transit. Also stolen were two Paslode PF350S Framing Nailers with serial numbers 1316D0224 and 1316D0217 and two Paslode F350S Framing Nailers with serial numbers 1313A0242 and 1313A0251.
