On March 10, 2013 local fire departments responded to a fire on the property of the Mechanicsburg Cemetery in the 800 block of S. York Street, Upper Allen Township. The fire originated at or near a rocky area in a wooded area at the rear of the Cemetery where juveniles are known to hang out. The fire burned an area of approximately 4,000 square feet before being extinguished. Anyone with information related to the incident is encouraged to call Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676. On March 3, 2013 between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM a dark blue 2004-2005 Subaru Imprezza struck a mailbox in the 2400 block of Mt. Allen Drive. The vehicle left its passenger side mirror at the scene. On March 3, 2013 at approximately 2:00 PM a black male wearing a white ball cap in a silver 4-door sedan, possibly a Honda Accord, was involved in an incident at Burger King, 71 Cumberland Parkway. On February 26, 2013 at 2:15 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to the 1200 block of East Lisburn Road for a single vehicle crash with injuries. The driver, who was identified as Fournier, was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Fournier was taken by ambulance to Hershey Medical Center for injuries sustained in the crash. The investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing. Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department and West Shore EMS.

Upper Allen Police are investigating an apartment burglary in the 500 block of Geneva Drive. Sometime between 9:30 AM and 5:45 PM on Sunday, February 24, 2013 an unknown person entered an apartment and removed personal property belonging to the residents. A checkbook and a personal identification document were the items reported missing.
