On Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 8:39 PM the Upper Allen Subway located at 4 Gettysburg Pike was robbed at gun point. The suspect, as pictured, is a tall, slender white male wearing dark clothing, gloves and a mask.

On October 14, 2013 at 1:47 PM, a mid to late 1990’s black Mazda 6 or similar vehicle (similar car pictured below) turned into the path of another vehicle and caused a crash at the intersection of Gettysburg Pike and South Market Street in Upper Allen Township. The operator of the black vehicle, described as a younger white male, initially pulled over but then left the scene a few moments later. The fleeing operator never provided any information to the victim. The crash was significant enough that the victim’s vehicle had to be towed from the scene. The black vehicle it to have heavy front end damage to include a bumper that was partially hanging off. On September 13, 2013 at 11:48 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of South Market Street and Shepherdstown Road. A Kawasaki motorcycle operated by Vukovic entered the south bound lane while traveling north on South Market Street. The motorcycle struck a Honda minivan, operated by Ondecko. The minivan had just entered the south bound lane after turning onto South Market Street from Shepherdstown Road. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. Vukovic was transported to Hershey Medical Center with unknown injuries.

On September 11, 2013 at approximately 6:20 AM police responded to a two vehicle crash in the area of Rt. 15 at West Lisburn Road. A vehicle that was operated by Vogelsong-Navatril was turning left to enter Route 15 northbound from an eastbound lane of West Lisburn Road. A vehicle operated by Jones was traveling westbound on West Lisburn Road and approaching the same intersection. Vogelsong-Navatril failed to stop for a steady red traffic signal and struck Jones in the intersection. Both vehicles were damaged to an extent that they required towing from the scene.
