On Monday, August 12, 2013 the Upper Allen Township Police responded to a home in the 3500 block of Rolo Court with West Shore EMS for a report of a traumatic injury. The patient was ultimately flown to Hershey Medial Center via Life Lion. This case is not being investigated as criminal in nature. The Upper Allen Township Fire Department also assisted on the scene.

On August 10, 2013 at 11:22 AM Kennedy was pulling from the stop sign on Juniper Dr. and was preparing to turn right and travel southbound on South Market Street.
Kennedy did not see Spurlock who was jogging northbound on the southbound shoulder. Spurlock and Kennedy’s vehicle collided at the intersection. Spurlock was transported to Hershey Medical center by West Shore EMS for injuries sustained in the crash. Police were assisted at the scene by West Shore EMS, Upper Allen Fire Department as well as Fire/Police from the Upper Allen Fire Department.

On July 10, 2013 at approximately 7:10 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a crash in the parking lot of Delta Dental in the 5000 block of Louise Drive, Upper Allen Township. It was determined that Moore accelerated instead of braking while attempting to park and struck three parked cars. Moore was the only occupant of her vehicle and she sustained a minor injury. Upper Allen Police were assisted on the scene by West Shore EMS, Upper Allen Fire Department, and Upper Allen Fire Police.

On July 5, 2013 Upper Allen Police received two reports of stolen lawn mowers from the 900 block of Herman Drive. Actors entered unlocked residential sheds and stole the above pictured mowers. These burglaries occurred within a few days of this report. Anyone with information pertaining to these burglaries is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
