Upper Allen Police are currently searching for Justice-Azizah Yousef Nassir (“Justice”), age 14, who was last seen in the 600 block of Cumberland Pointe Circle on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 7:30 PM. A police investigation determined Nassir was seen at an event in the 900 block of Vander Avenue, York City over the weekend, but her whereabouts are unknown at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact Upper Allen Police at 717-795-2445 or the anonymous tip line 717-591-3790.

On March 26, 2012 Upper Allen Police responded to a vehicle accident at the intersection of West Winding Hill Road and South Market Street. A 16 year old female, operating a Mercury Sable, pulled from the stop sign at West Winding Hill Road and South Market Street and into the path of Rider who was traveling north on South Market Street in a Buick LeSabre. Each vehicle sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene. A passenger in Rider’s vehicle was transported to the hospital by West Shore EMS for treatment of injuries. Upper Allen Police were assisted by the Upper Allen Fire Department and Upper Allen Fire Police.

On March 19, 2012 Upper Allen Police responded to a crash on South Market Street at US Route 15. A vehicle operated by Browder was entering South Market Street from the off ramp at US Route 15 North in Mechanicsburg. Browder entered the intersection into the path of a vehicle driven by McElhattan, that was traveling on South Market Street causing a collision. The impact caused Browder’s vehicle to overturn. Both operators were able to free themselves from their cars. No one was injured in the crash, however both vehicles were towed from the scene.
