On February 19, 2023 at approximately 12:10 am, the Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 2000 Block of N. Autumn Chase Drive for the report of a domestic disturbance. An investigation determined that Paige Phelps caused injuries to the victim during an assault. Phelps was arrested at the scene and transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing and arraignment. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 23, 2023.

On Friday, February 17, 2023 at approximately 4:18 pm, Upper Allen Police were called to investigate a hit and run crash. Police located the operator of the striking vehicle. An investigation determined that the operator, identified as Sean McConnell, was under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently arrested and transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.

In August of 2022, the Upper Allen Township Police received a report of a sexual assault that took place approximately 18-19 years ago involving Ernest Myers and a then 6-7 year old victim. Following an investigation, Myers did admit to having sexual contact with the victim at his former residence within Upper Allen Township. On February 17, 2023, Myers was arrested and afforded a preliminary arraignment where bail was set at $8,000. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.

On June 23, 2022 at approximately 10:36 p.m., the Upper Allen Township Police received a report of a stolen wallet from a local fitness center. The credit cards were then used at a local grocery store. During the course of the investigation, another wallet was discovered stolen from the same fitness center. Burlison was identified as the individual that took both wallets and used the credit cards at the local grocery store. On December 15, 2022, a preliminary hearing was held and Burlison plead guilty.

On June 19, 2022 at approximately 10:47 p.m., the Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 3500 Block of Rolo Court for the report of a fight. Upon arrival, it was determined that Acevedo-Ruiz sought out and attacked the Victim. The Victim suffered minor injuries and damage to his personal property. The preliminary hearing for this incident was held on February 2, 2023. All charges were bound over to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
